Hiring: Packaging Engineer QA/QC Baddi, Himachal PradeshWe are looking for a skilled Packaging Engineer with hands-on experience in Universal Testing Machines (UTM) and other packaging/quality testing instruments to join our team at our manufacturing plant in Baddi, Himachal Pradesh. Role: Packaging Engineer QA/QC Location: Baddi, Himachal Pradesh Experience: 25 years Key Responsibilities:Operate and maintain Universal Testing Machines (UTM) and other packaging quality testing equipment.Perform quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) checks on packaging materials and finished goods.Conduct physical and mechanical tests such as tensile strength, compression, bursting strength, tear resistance, etc.Ensure compliance with packaging quality standards and SOPs.Analyse test results and prepare detailed QA/QC reports.Coordinate with production and procurement teams to resolve packaging quality issues.Monitor packaging line performance and recommend improvements.Support audits and maintain documentation as per regulatory requirements. Qualifications & Skills:Diploma/Degree in Packaging Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.Strong hands-on experience operating UTM and packaging testing equipment.Knowledge of QA/QC processes and industry standards.Good analytical skills and attention to detail.Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
