A. COORDINATION OF MANUFACTURING SITES FOR TABLETS, CAPSULES, OINTMENT AND INJECTIONS.. IPQC- VERIFICATION OF PARAMETERS ON SITE. B. FOR QUALITY ASSURANCE/QC- REGULATORY AFFARIS - FOR REGISTRATION OF PRODUCTS IN FOREIGN COUNTRY. PREPARATION OF ECTD AS PER FORMAT. VERFICATION OF QUALITY OF PRODUCTS, REPLYING TO QUERY FROM REGULATORY AUTHORITIES FROM FOREIGN AGENCY.

1. Coordinate with supervisor and concern person for production meeting and incoming product for quality checking.2. Fully knowledge of Drawing and Auto cad program.3. As per product required quality rating or temperature should be in proper process.4. Setting & meets client service standards5. Specifying quality requirements of raw materials with concern person.6. Investigating and setting standards for quality/health and safety7. Ensuring that manufacturing processes comply with standards at both national and international level8. Maintain all documents as per ATEX/ EX / CSA / PESO required.9. Working with production staff to establish procedures, standards, systems and procedures10. Making technical reports on monthly & daily basis as per required.11. Determining training needs to all support staff like skilled/unskilled/semiskilled.12. Checking performance toward all supporting staff for all level.13. Maintain decorum as per 5s standard & push to all supporting helper & staff. 14. Help to maintain smooth operation staff and taking work from them.
