Job Description:1) Closely communicate with the Inspection Coordinators to schedule the inspection assigned.2) Implement inspection according to operation guidelines, inspection guidelines, and any special instructions provided by the company.3) Complete the inspection report with photos and submit it to Technical Manager within the required time limit.4) Submit the inspectors job expense claim form and reimbursement documents monthly and meet financial requirements.5) Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor/management.Requirements:- College graduate or above.- Major in Engineering (Textile, Furniture, Mechanical, Electronic, etc.)- Having more than 1 year more working experience in the inspection field or quality control background of products of Softlinesor Hardlines.- Familiar with the AQL standard and good knowledge of safety and regulation standards.- Good command of written & oral English.- Ideal person is a well-organized team player, able to solve on-site problems independently, and with good interpersonal skills.- Integrity and honesty.- Willing to travel frequently.- Healthy body without color blindness and sight weakness.Job Types: Full-time, ContractContract length: 36 months

As a Weaving Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the weaving department's operations, ensuring efficient production and maintaining the highest quality standards. Your expertise in textile manufacturing processes, strong leadership skills, and attention to detail will be critical in driving the success of our weaving department.Responsibilities:Manage and supervise the daily operations of the weaving department, ensuring smooth production processes and adherence to production schedules.Coordinate with other departments, such as planning, maintenance, and quality control, to ensure seamless workflow and timely delivery of finished products.Develop and implement production plans, considering factors such as machine capacity, resource allocation, and production targets.Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement, increase productivity, and reduce costs.Train, mentor, and motivate the weaving team, fostering a culture of collaboration, productivity, and continuous improvement.Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and promote a safe working environment for all employees.Collaborate with the procurement team to manage raw material inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels for uninterrupted production.Conduct regular inspections of weaving machinery and equipment, identifying maintenance needs and coordinating repairs or replacements as necessary.Maintain quality control standards by conducting regular quality checks and implementing corrective actions when deviations occur.Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in weaving and textile manufacturing.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. A combination of relevant education and experience will also be considered.Proven experience working in a similar role within the textile industry.
