Job DescriptionWe are looking for Manager Application, Process & Quality Assurance (For AAI) Reporting to Plant HeadLocation-Pithampur, India (Near Indore, Madhya Pradesh)What to expect / your job purpose / ContextWe are looking for a highly experienced technical specialised manager in the field of application, Process and Quality Assurance strengthen our Quality Assurance and New Product development team.As part of the team who will manage the application, process and quality assurance & controls of New Product. You will directly be involved in this unique opportunity. After define the process of application & product, you will ensure SOP without any failure and facilitate production ramp up. Thereafter you will be incharge of the product development, quality of the product and of its continuous improvement.Your team will consist of 04 direct reportees in the beginning who are basically electrical engineers and technicians. You will be based in Pithampur, at our site dedicated to Clad products. With a community of 250 employees in 2024, our subsidiary company Innovative Clad Solutions Pvt. Ltd. & Aperam Alloys India Pvt. Ltd. which is situated in the Pithampur, Madhya Pradesh region in India and produces high added value products for the domestic and international market in the field of electronics, automotive, electrical OEMs, etc.What you will doIn new projects, (project refers to Definition, Verification, Installation and Commissioning of single equipment or set of multiple equipment) Assist the global head of Quality and define key tasks in order to achieve the Product process & Development. Define the equipment specifications for developing the Quality Lab.in close coordination with Electrical, operational and safety heads Monitor the installation and commissioning of the equipment in close collaboration with outside (third party) suppliers Extend support to Production department to establish the new process & product.
