Key Responsibilities - 1. Develop, implement, and maintain leading-edge analytic systems, taking complicated problems and building simple framework. - 2. Identify trends and opportunities for growth through analysis of complex data sets. - 3. Create best-practice reports based on data mining, analysis, and visualization. - 4. Experience with ETL tools and processes, Data Cleansing, EDW technologies - 5. Conducts and facilitates (and educates and trains on) analyses, issues identification, organizational risk assessment, and decision-making processes. - 6. Experience in conducting training and educating junior resources for decision making process. - 7. Provides technical support and mentoring and training to team members. - 8. Provides consulting and analytic services to leadership - 9. Work directly with management and users to gather requirements, provide status updates, build relationships, prioritize business and information needs. - 10. Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality. - 11. Demonstrating the significance of their work in the context of local, national, and global trends that impact both their organization and industry. - 12. Providing technical expertise on data storage structures, data mining, and data cleansing.Required Skills: - Knowledge of database languages such as SQL, R, or Python; spreadsheet tools such as Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets. - Knowledge of data visualization software such as Tableau or Qlik. - RDMBS systems and No-SQL databases ? ETL best practises and tools. - Knowledge of Google Data Studio & GA Enhanced Ecommerce. - High-level written and verbal communication skills.- Up-to-date with the latest technologies & IT trends.
