Our vision is to make each special needs child independent by utilizing our psychological skills & inclusive interventions.First Assignment -Shadow TeachingAssist a child (client diagnosed with Autism or ADHD or Learning disability) in his/her school (during school hours) with targeted intervention strategies to improve skills in the domains of behavior, concentration, academic & social skills.Daily reports will be sent to parents regarding the behavior & performance of the child at school and the intervention strategies used by the shadow teacher._Later assignment -One on one Remedial/Therapy/Counseling sessionsAfter observing the shadow assignment, based on the employee's performance and skillsets, she will be given additional assignments such as Remedial/Therapy/Counseling sessions.
