Lead and manage a cross-functional team of programmers, designers, and content creators, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.3. Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, and track progress to ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within budget.4. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including school administrators, educators, and space exploration partners, to gather requirements and ensure program success.5. Oversee the creation and development of program content, ensuring it meets educational standards, engages students, and supports learning outcomes.6. Implement effective project management methodologies, tools, and processes to streamline program development and delivery.7. Conduct regular project status meetings, provide progress updates to management, and address any issues or risks that may impact project timelines or quality.8. Monitor program performance, collect feedback from participants and educators, and use data to continuously improve program effectiveness and participant satisfaction.9.
