The Project Engineer will be responsible for project management, project planning, and electrical engineering. Job descriptionRole : Technical HeadStart Date : ImmediateSkills and ExperienceResponsibilities As a Project Lead the incumbent will be leading the team to refine business requirements, architect, designing, developing, enhancing, and implementing the application. Identification, procurement, and amendment of a skeletal platform and getting it developed and customized in accordance with the companys marketing objective. Will be independently taking design and technology decisions, mentor team members and guide them on deliverables and drive a sustained process focus within the team. Lead the strategy for technology platforms, partnerships and external relationships Create overall technology standards and practices and ensure adherence Consolidate our technology platforms and create plans for each Oversee all system design and changes in system architecture Deciding and designing the technology and team to achieve the desired product quality and time-frames. Lead technology teams in day-to-day operations, provide key expertise, supervise the heads of departments, and set performance goals. Conduct technical reviews of products or solutions to compare and evaluate their applicability. Contribute to senior management team, guiding strategic decisions and resource allocation. Monitor management of all hardware, software, databases and licenses, maintenance, and projections of future needs. Candidate is responsible for developing and designing front end web architecture, ensuring the responsiveness of applications, collaborates with the engineering team to design and launch new features and maintain code integrity and organization. Implement APIs and work with different development teams including mobile & web to ensure the smooth functioning of the system. Ability to design backend services and fine-tune the performance of the application considering heavy traffic.
