Our mission is to create a serene space for everyone to achieve inner calm and balance.We are looking for a Head of Marketing to lead and expand our marketing efforts, establish a strong global presence, and make Serene Mindspace the go-to platform for mindfulness and meditation.Responsibilities:Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to grow brand awareness and drive customer engagement.Social Media Management: Oversee the growth and management of Serene Mindspace's Instagram, YouTube, and other social channels, turning them into client magnets.Content Marketing: Lead the creation and distribution of compelling content, including blogs, videos, and email campaigns, to attract and retain a loyal audience.Digital Advertising: Plan and manage digital ad campaigns on platforms like Instagram, Google, and YouTube to drive leads and conversions.Collaborations and Partnerships: Identify and collaborate with influencers, wellness brands, and other strategic partners to amplify our brand reach.SEO & Analytics: Oversee SEO efforts to increase organic traffic and use data-driven insights to optimize campaigns.Event Promotion: Strategize and promote wellness camps, meditation workshops, and live sessions to global audiences.Team Leadership: Build and manage a team of marketing professionals, freelancers, and designers to achieve the companys goals.

Must have experience of Marketing / Business development or Client generation in Web, Mobile application using PHP, React Native from international market. Responsible for Research & Generating Quality Leads for Web, Mobile development by Outbound calls, Emails, creating required documents. Follow-up with Generated Leads. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities, evaluating its fit with the company vision, negotiating and closing deals. Achieve the assigned Sales target by Acquisition, Retention & Renewal. An input into the sales strategy You will constantly keep upgrading your business development techniques. Candidate with Excellent Communication, Presentable Personality. Experience of forecasting, budgeting expenses and ensuring sales achievement. Experience in handling a team of 4+ members
