Ensure compliance with AISC, ASCE, AWS, and local building codes.Quality Control: Conduct inspections of materials (e.g., steel grades, welding) and structural integrity. Implement testing protocols (e.g., load tests, leak checks).Safety Management: Enforce OSHA standards and site-specific safety protocols. Lead toolbox talks and safety audits. Client & Stakeholder Communication
