To plan and decide on project scope, control risk, ensure alignment between functioning of1. Pre-Work Order Release:a. Received the Purchase Order and Order Qualification matrix from Sales, check and inform sales ifther order qualifies for project management.b. After an order gets qualified, collect all necessary bid documents (as per the checklist) andinformation required for project execution from the Estimator & Sales.c. Prepare the Project Charter and get it approved by the SalesPerson and Project Sponsor.d. Prepare all documents required for conducting internal and client kickoff meetingse. Set up a kickoff meeting to discuss the Project Charter with the internal stakeholder departmentmembers to be involved in the project to ensure alignment and share MOM with everyonepresent, post the meeting.f. Attend the kickoff meeting set up with the client for getting clarity over the project requirementsby discussing the major checkpoints. Collect documents and their expected templates to befollowed from clients and thoroughly understand them and their numbering to be done.g. Collect layout, Documentation format/Document numbering /special requirements (if any) fromthe client as per the project initiation documents checklist.
