We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Civil Site Incharge to oversee construction projects in Visakhapatnam. This role requires a minimum of 20 years of experience in civil engineering, focusing on site management and project execution.Key responsibilities include:- **Project Management**: Oversee all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget while maintaining high-quality standards.- **Site Supervision**: Direct daily operations on the job site, coordinating tasks for workers and subcontractors, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.- **Quality Control**: Monitor progress and quality of work to ensure it aligns with project specifications and industry standards, addressing issues promptly.- **Communication**: Serve as the main point of contact between stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and team members, to keep everyone informed about project developments and challenges.- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of site activities, progress reports, and any incidents that occur, ensuring all documentation is complete and organized.Candidates should possess strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively under pressure. Major Job Responsibilities: Completes engineering projects by organizing and controlling project elements. Develops project objectives by reviewing project proposals and plans and conferring with management. Determines project specifications by studying product design, customer requirements, and performance standards. Completes technical studies and prepares cost estimates. Determines project schedule by studying project plan and specifications, calculating time requirements, and sequencing project elements. Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress, coordinating activities, and resolving problems. Controls project plan by reviewing design, specifications, and plan, scheduling changes, and recommending actions. Controls project costs by approving expenditures and administering contractor contracts. Prepares project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends; recommending actions. Maintains safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules, and regulations. Maintains project data base by writing computer programs; entering and backing up data. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Accomplish organization mission by completing related results as needed.

Responsibilities:Significant wireless/telecom program management / team leading experience. Should support the E-Node-B Integration Services. Experience working with Remote Integration support and War room support preferred. Strategic thinker & executer who can still plan and drive projects at a detailed level. Will require to schedule, track, and report daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly progress to key stakeholders. Management report/dashboard should be updated and shared in regular frequency to management team. Should be ready to adapt to any new changes in technology, process and guidelines and should ensure respective teams adheres to the same. Assisting in generating new ideas and Process improvement plans. Must be able to prioritize & escalate problems or variance in the plan to the relevant stakeholders and teams and follow through on the resolutions to ensure they are delivered. Work within various time constraints to meet critical business needs, while measuring and identifying activities performed and ensuring service requirements are met. Liaise with Field technician/Managers for all field activity (RRH fiber termination/swap, onsite troubleshooting etc). Tracking and monitoring received POs and quotations. Essential Qualification and Skills: Master or bachelors degree in EC, Telecommunication, or equivalent. Holding an equivalent MBA degree will be beneficial and will prove an added advantage. Should hold a position of Project Manager / Senior Engineer / team Lead in current organization for more than 1 year. 3 to 5 Years of Experience in Telecom Industry.Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills. Proficient with LTE network architecture and functionalities. Should have good working knowledge of the Ericsson RAN KPIs, latest HW/SW release Should have strong skills on Project Management of UMTS, LTE, 5G, Small Cell, DAS platforms.
