JOB RESPONSIBILITIES1). Responsible to Roll out Production Plans to the Production Departments from H.O.2). Responsible To Ensure the Availability of Material, Manpower And Information Before Rolling Out The Plans.3) Responsible To Plan Capacities and Take Actions for Removing Bottlenecks.4) Adhere To the Material MSL, To Ensure Inventories Dont Get StuckThis Person Is Responsible To Control The Capacities, and Ensure the Availability of Material As Per Bill of Material, And Roll out the Plan Only After Ensuring This.This Needs To Be Done From H.Q.His Experience Has To Be Of Purely Of PPC Department, and Should Not Be Linked To Production Department.
