Assistant Manager Production : MNC Chemical in AhmedabadDesired Candidate profile:Should have experience in a Chemical Manufacture unit.Should have hands of experience in Ethoxylation, Surfactant.Job Description: Managing day to day production in accordance with company targets/ goals Plan and manage production (Master Production Schedule) and get it approved bydepartment head Managing quality standards and yield ratio for various products as per standards set Proactively plan and suggest enhancements/ maintenance for production infrastructure Generate requirement and BOM for procurement of raw and packing materials Schedule dispatch activities and coordinate with logistics team Keeping track of physical stoke of RM, FG and PM Managing shifts of workers and schedule their duties Managing wellbeing, Training & Development of team members Review of audit report of plant and proactively suggest areas of improvements Troubleshooting of quality issues and take corrective actions to satisfy client needs Managing customer complaints and take corrective actions Manage and assist in audit of SOPs [managing cost, quality, time and people Manage compliance to EHS norms and training Coordinate with other dept. like ETP, Lab, and Maintenance Department for smoothoperation. SAP knowledge is preferred. Knowledge of ISO , CAPA, HAZOP
