Key responsibilities:1. Design and produce a wide range of creative assets, including social media graphics, digital ads, print materials, web design elements, branding assets, and more.2. Collaborate with the marketing, product, and content teams to understand design needs and execute effective visual solutions.3. Maintain brand consistency while pushing creative boundaries.4. Prepare and optimise graphics for digital and print use.5. Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.

Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to understand product requirements and plan feature workflows.- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs based on specifications for web and mobile apps.- Design scalable, user-friendly interfaces, ensuring the optimal placement of tabs, filters, and UI components.- Use Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and InVision to produce designs that align with business goals and user needs.- Maintain a forward-thinking approach to design with a focus on long-term scalability and usability for future design expansions possible.- Ensure design consistency and adhere to best practices in usability and accessibility.

- Good in Trend research & analysis. - Produce fresh, innovative work that helps to increase the overall numbers during the Product selection in the Core line. - Ability to lead a team of 50 People. - Review and approve designs developed by the team members & responsible for sampling ( Design - Cad - Manufacturing ). - Well Versed with high finish diamond jewellery manufacturing processes & able to Incorporate various jewellery manufacturing techniques. Must have good knowledge of jewellery Design softwares (Photoshop / Coreldraw / Rhino / Matrix ... etc ) .- Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple projects at a time. - Strong technical skills and keen eye on jewellery details.Important-(National Institute of Fashion Designing (NIFD)- especially in jewellery designing) back ground is must.
