Role of Dy. Manager / Manager Procurement Qualification: Graduation / Post-graduation, Computer savvy, Technical qualification related to agri-business or logistics will be an advantage but not mandatory.Location: Based in Bhubaneswar, Odisha. This job requires travelling on assignment basis.Language proficiency: Must know Odia, good communication skills in Hindi and English.Salary: 30,000 - 40,000 per month as CTC + Travel Allowance .Years of experience; 8 - 10 years total experience, minimum 5 years in procurementKey Deliverables:1. Should be able to prepare procurement planning. 2. Have an understanding of local markets where procurement can be done3. Ability to interact with suppliers, they are typically farmers and people from Mandi - Should be able to establish a cordial relationship with them.4. Should be able to build partnerships with Vegetable commissioning agents.5. Strong financial acumen, should be able to manage finance and billing with accuracy.6. Process orientation- should be able to devise processes to streamline the operations.7. Able to manage a team of 4-6 people directly.Good interpersonal skillsCoordination with multiple stakeholdersTime-Bound and do it attitude

Person should have Good at Networking, Good Communication skill , Interpersonal Skill, Good Negotiating Contracts and preparing reports, Good buisness Instincts, Good in Cost Mangement, Result oriented, Analytical and presentable, Good financial and legal know about all perimeter of procurement.
