Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, or related field.2. 15+ years of experience in manufacturing, operations, or production management.3. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.4. Experience with quality management systems and lean manufacturing principles.5. Statistical Process Control (SPC): Ability to analyze data and monitor production processes to ensure quality standards are met.Inspection Tools & Techniques: Familiarity with tools like micrometers, calipers, coordinate measuring machines (CMM), etc.Quality Testing Methods: Proficiency in testing methods, such as destructive and non-destructive testing, failure mode analysis, etc.Knowledge of Industry Standards: Familiarity with ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 13485 for medical devices, etc.) and other relevant industry standards.Root Cause Analysis & Problem Solving: Ability to identify the root cause of defects or quality issues and implement corrective actions.CAD Software Knowledge (optional): For those in industries like manufacturing, automotive, and aerospace, familiarity with computer-aided design (CAD) software can be helpful.
