As a Quality Engineer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and improving the quality standards of our products and processes. Your main responsibilities will include:- **Quality Assurance**: Conduct regular inspections and audits of products and processes to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.- **Testing Protocols**: Develop and implement testing protocols to evaluate product quality and reliability. You will record results and provide feedback for improvement.- **Root Cause Analysis**: Investigate and analyze defects and non-conformance issues. You will identify root causes and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence.- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of quality inspections, test results, and corrective actions taken. This documentation is essential for tracking improvements and ensuring accountability.- **Collaboration**: Work closely with production and engineering teams to communicate quality standards and resolve issues effectively. Teamwork is vital for enhancing product quality.- **Training**: Provide guidance and training to production staff about quality standards and procedures, ensuring everyone understands their role in maintaining quality.To succeed in this role, candidates should possess a Diploma in a related field and have 2 to 3 years of experience in quality engineering.
