Partner Support and Issue Resolution: - Visit Tally partner sites across Vidarbha. - Identify and resolve team or operational issues promptly. - Serve as the first point of contact for any challenges faced by the partners or their teams. 2. Training and Development: - Conduct training sessions for partner teams on Tally products and processes as required. - Ensure team members are well-versed in Tally operations and updates. 3. Policy and Process Compliance: - Monitor and ensure that partner teams consistently adhere to Tally's company processes and policies. - Provide guidance and support to implement compliance measures effectively. 4. Updates and Communication: - Share timely updates on Tally product features, updates, and enhancements with partners. - Ensure all relevant information is communicated clearly and effectively to the partner teams. 5. Relationship Management: - Build and maintain strong professional relationships with Tally partners. - Act as a liaison between Tally and its partners, fostering trust and collaboration. 6.
