They have to maintain good relations and maintain transparency with the respective clients as well as maintain the company's dignity. For these products company will provide online training to hired interns.

Assisting customers for online purchase of term and health insurance plans online. Pitching best suited insurance plans to the customers. Explaining plan features and convincing customers to purchase the plan through us. Ensuring high conversion ratios on leads provided to them through sales approach andproper follow ups. Customer Handling- answers all questions and concerns customers might have. Ensuring work accuracy and customer satisfaction. Ensuring adherence to documented processes, procedures and controls.
