Past experience in appearance in the above is essential. Further, the scope of work also includes managing daily office work / court work compliances timely.2. Drafting of Writ Petition, Legal Notices, SLP, Suits, Claim before IRP, Petitions, Applications and Appeals before NCLT /NCALT DRT /DRAT /PMLA etc.3. Drafting of Agreements, MoU's, etc.4. Well versed with arbitration proceedings.5. Conduct comprehensive legal research.6. Review and Vet Contracts/Agreements and other documents.7. Handling Correspondence with the existing client.8. Dealing National and International clients.9. Be proactive, reliable, responsible and accurate with an attention to details.10.
