Hiring for 1 Office Assistant Job at Kalika International, SEZ, Sachin Surat, Gujarat. for Freshers as well as experienced applicants. Required Educational Qualification is : B.Com with Good knowledge in MS Office Word, Microsoft Excel, MS Office Powerpoint, Computer, English Typing etc.The job requires inquisitiveness and the ability to learn quick. The key duties include:- The candidate has to go to high-end schools and get an appointment with the Principal and the management of the schools.- The candidate has to convince the Principal/Management to conduct SPACE programs in their school.- The candidate has to maintain the data of meetings in a sheet and follow up regularly with the Principal/Management of the school, while in office.Note: This is a field job where a candidate will be on field for half of the time, meeting Principals and Management of the School. The candidate will be reporting to the office for the other half of the time.The office hours are 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.Required Experience, Skills and QualificationsRequired Experience: 0 to 3 yearsSkills and Qualifications: Graduation in any stream with excellent English communication skills.The candidate must have a 2-wheeler and a valid driving license. The fuel costs will be reimbursed.THE SALARY STRUCTURE IS AS BELOW: 18,000 /- per month during training and probation (2 months)After successfully achieving the target during the training period, the candidate will be offered a permanent position. 35,000 /- per month after probation. (Can be increased based on performance)Apart from this, the employee is also entitled to incentives based on his/her performance.Based on your experience/skills, your salary package can be increased.
