Description : Develop and formulate new food products based on market requirements.Test and improve existing food products, recipes, and formulations.Conduct quality checks on raw materials, ingredients, and finished products.Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.Monitor food processing and production activities.Conduct shelf-life and stability studies for food products.Perform sensory evaluation of food products for taste, texture, aroma, and appearance.Research new ingredients, food technologies, and preservation methods.Coordinate with production, quality control, and R&D teams.Identify and resolve product quality and processing issues.Maintain product specifications, laboratory records, and technical reports.Assist in developing nutritional information and product labels.Ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients and finished products.Support audits and maintain food safety documentation.Stay updated on food industry regulations, standards, and new technologies.
