Record and report findings: Maintain detailed records of test results and promptly report any abnormal findings to healthcare professionals.Required Skills and Expectations:1. Educational background: Possess a degree in BDS, BAMS, B.Pharma, B.Sc, B.E, B.Tech, BVSC, M.Pharma, M.Sc, or M.Tech related to the medical field.2. Knowledge of medical terminology: Familiarity with medical terms and procedures to accurately perform tests and interpret results.3. Attention to detail: Ability to pay close attention to detail to ensure accuracy in test results.4. Communication skills: Effective communication skills to report findings and collaborate with healthcare professionals.5. Technical skills: Proficiency in using medical laboratory equipment and software for conducting tests and analyzing results.
