Job SummaryThe Integrated Pest Control Services Technician is responsible for providing effective pest management solutions using Integrated Pest Management (IPM) principles. The technician conducts inspections, identifies pest infestations, performs treatment services, monitors pest activity, and educates customers on preventive measures while ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations.Key Responsibilities Conduct detailed inspections of residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional properties to identify pest infestations. Identify pest species, infestation levels, and sources of pest activity. Develop and implement Integrated Pest Management (IPM) programs based on inspection findings. Apply pesticides, rodenticides, insecticides, herbicides, and other pest control treatments according to approved procedures and regulatory requirements. Install, monitor, and maintain pest monitoring devices, traps, bait stations, and exclusion systems. Recommend sanitation, structural, and preventive measures to minimize pest recurrence. Prepare accurate service reports, treatment records, and inspection documentation. Ensure proper storage, handling, transportation, and disposal of pest control chemicals and equipment. Maintain service equipment and company vehicles in good working condition. Educate customers on pest prevention practices and answer service-related questions.
