A minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in pediatrics is essential. The ideal Pediatrician should have excellent communication skills to interact effectively with children and their families. Strong diagnostic skills and a compassionate approach to patient care are crucial. You should also be organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple cases simultaneously.
