Will be responsible for building the Airtel brand on ground.2. Should be conversant / familiar with the market and be able to onboard buyers and sellers to the APB platform.3. Will be responsible for ensuring collecting and closing the KYC requests and relevant contracts / agreements with the partners based on the agreed Terms of Engagement/ Trade between supplier and retailer.4. Must maintain a pipeline log and discuss the progress daily with the Sales / Reporting manager to track progress.5. Will be responsible for generating orders as per agreed terms.6. Fluent in Local language and understanding of English.7. Bike & Driving license mandatory.

Smart, hardworking, energetic, sincere, soft spoken, well mannered with good leadership qualities and positive attitude. Should be B.Sc (Agriculture) and experienced & capable of selling pesticides in East UP/Bihar, appointing dealer/distributor, plan and attain sales/ payment targets, manage recovery of pending payments from clients, two wheeler owner etc. Age : 25 45 yrs, Experience : 1 yrs+ Salary: Rs 12000/- to Rs. 18000/
