We are hiring patient support executive.Act as the primary point of contact for patients, ensuring smooth onboarding, appointment scheduling, and treatment follow-ups.Clearly explain treatment plans, services, and procedures to patients and address queries with empathy and professionalism.Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, consent forms, and other relevant documentation.Coordinate with doctors, therapists, billing teams, and other departments to ensure timely delivery of services to the patient.Collect patient feedback and promptly address concerns or complaints, ensuring patient satisfaction.Look after administrative tasks at the clinic such as billing, medicine stock management and dispensing, upkeep and maintenance.
