The ideal candidate will have a passion for beauty and wellness, and will be responsible for a variety of beauty treatments that enhance our clients' appearance and confidence.Key Responsibilities:- Conduct Beauty Treatments: Perform services such as facials, waxing, manicures, and pedicures to meet customers' beauty needs and enhance their appearance.- Client Consultations: Discuss with clients to understand their beauty goals, assess their skin and hair types, and recommend suitable treatments and products.- Maintain Hygiene Standards: Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of all tools and workspace to provide a safe and hygienic environment for clients.- Stay Current with Trends: Keep up-to-date with the latest beauty trends, techniques, and products in the industry to provide top-notch services to clients.- Customer Service: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a pleasant and relaxing experience during their visit.Required Skills and Expectations:Candidates should be at least 10th grade educated and have a passion for the beauty industry. Experience is not mandatory, but candidates with 0-6 years in the field will be preferred. Strong communication skills are essential to effectively engage with clients and understand their needs. A good understanding of beauty products and treatments is a plus. A friendly demeanor and a positive attitude towards work are crucial for creating a welcoming atmosphere.
