Perform Panchakarma treatments such as Abhyanga, Shirodhara, Swedana, Udvarthanam, Kizhi, and related therapies in accordance with Ayurvedic principles. Conduct basic cosmetology and skincare treatments including facials, scrubs, herbal masks, and detox therapies (priority given to candidates with knowledge in skincare and cosmetology). Assist Ayurvedic doctors during consultations and therapy procedures. Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards are maintained in all therapy rooms. Prepare herbal oils, powders, and other materials required for treatments as per instructions. Monitor client comfort and provide post-therapy guidance for continued care and wellness. Record therapy details, maintain treatment logs, and update client files accurately. Manage therapy schedules efficiently and assist with general spa or wellness center operations when needed.Soft and Professional Skills Required Calm, patient, and empathetic personality suited to client care. Good communication skills in English and/or local languages (Malayalam / Hindi / Tamil / Kannada). Professional grooming, personal hygiene, and courteous behavior. Physically fit to perform hands-on therapy work. Punctual, disciplined, and a cooperative team player. Genuine interest in Ayurvedic skincare, cosmetology, and holistic wellness practices.Languages Preferred English Kannada Malayalam

Identify clients Ayurvedic constitution (prakriti) and imbalances to develop personalized treatment plans. 3. Recommend and administer herbal remedies and Ayurvedic formulations to support healing. Educate clients on Ayurvedic principles, lifestyle modifications, dietary adjustments, and stress management techniques. Maintain accurate and confidential client records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and observations.4. Ensure the therapy room is clean, sanitized, and well-organized, creating a safe and welcoming environment. Collaborate with Ayurvedic doctors, holistic healthcare professionals, and team members to ensure comprehensive client care. Embrace a culture of integration with other alternative therapy practices to foster holistic wellness for clients. Stay updated on the latest research, techniques, and advancements in Ayurveda. Attend workshops, seminars, and conferences to enhance professional knowledge and skills.Education: Completion of a recognized Ayurveda Panchakarma therapy program. Relevant certifications or licenses in Ayurveda. Experience: Min 2 Years of Previous experience in Panchakarma therapies and holistic wellness services is preferred.Skills: In-depth knowledge of Ayurvedic principles, doshas, and Panchakarma treatments.Proficiency in administering Ayurvedic therapies and customizing treatment plans.Strong communication skills to educate and guide clients effectively.Commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene, professionalism, and confidentiality.
