Responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting telecommunication network equipment at various field locations, including cell towers, fiber optic nodes, and customer premises, ensuring optimal network performance by performing installations, upgrades, repairs, and preventative maintenance while adhering to safety regulations and collaborating with other teams to resolve network issues.

Job Description:Desktop Technician will provide day to day localremote desktop support, receive inbound calls, answer questions, troubleshoot and document steps performed to resolve challenges with hardware, software, and application issues in a ticketing system. The candidate will also need to facilitate customer resolution for calls and engage their supervisors and managers to ensure operational consistency across all shifts within the IT Support Centre. Desktop Support Engineer provides Break Fix, fault diagnosis and resolution. Providing fault analysis to customers various core operating systems and platforms, as well be able to provide support and apply desktop fault resolution for the approved application suite.Position Responsibilities and Functions:Provide support on Client Windows platform, for desktop/end user technologies, collaboration tools, and mobile technologies and printing, this includes the laptop/mobile devices all, video conferencing, network/remote access this position works collaboratively with the Service Desk for end user break/fix and other support functions.Duties shall include, but not be limited to: Excellent working knowledge of Windows 7, 8, 10, 11 Good working knowledge of Windows. (MacOS a plus). Strong working knowledge of Workstations, desktop, laptop, printers/fax, and peripherals, graphics cards and network cards. Strong knowledge of PC/ Workstation builds. (MS SCCM and MS MDM) Working knowledge of Active Directory 2003/8/12 R2, Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Exchange, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy etc. Basic troubleshooting knowledge of iPad, iPhone, Android, and other smart technologies Excellent working knowledge in asset / inventory management Ability to maintain composure and focus while troubleshooting and solving technical issues. Ability to adhere to a schedule of client appointments while adapting to customer requests. Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical concepts in simple language

Responsibilities:Design ownership and oversee the engineering life cycle of hardware including architecture, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. Initial hardware prototyping, sensor interfacing, and board bring up. Using soldering stations, hot-air guns, and infrared ovens for PCBA. Development of systems and printed circuit boards. PCB layout and schematic generation - digital, analog, and mixed-signal designs. Perform, oversee and document hardware verification testing. Perform electrical design calculationsDevelop System Firmware spanning micro circuitry running on 32-bit microcontrollers, to enterprise-level high-end computing devices taking Reliability, Availability, and Serviceability into account. Defining and implementing high-performance firmware by demonstrating a strong understanding of Embedded Hardware Design. Develop an environment of continuous improvement across the product line. Define, design, implement and test software applications using a variety of technologies, including, but not limited to C/C++, Python, Git, and other scripting languages. Define test plans and test data to identify and reproduce defects, find root causes of malfunctioning code blocks and implement fixes with assistance from Hardware/Test Engineers. Project scheduling/estimation. Defining project performance requirementsDefining specifications, generating documentation, and iterating designs based on feedback from partnersManaging day-to-day experimental planning, data analysis, and prioritization of project-based activitiesWorking with our testing partners to design and execute testing validationRequirements: Bachelor or Masters Degree in Electronics Engineering or Electrical Engineering or equivalent field. 1-2 years of experience as an Electronics or Embedded Engineer in the Product/IoT industry. Must have hands on experience on projects. Solid experience with Motion sensors like IMU, Acceleros, and Gyroscopes. Prior experience in the design.
