Role: Sales CoordinatorExp: 2+ yrs in any industrySalary: 25k - 35kLocation: Patparganj, Gurgaon, Chandigarh, Jaipur Shift timing: 10:00 AM 7:00 AM 6 days working Wednesday fixed off Walkin at Patparganj office Work from OfiiceResponsibilities:To consolidate reports of day to day sales activities of respective zone.Coordination to be done with Production Manger, Sales & Logistics team on the subject of orders, dispatches on a daily basis.Preparing Performa InvoiceOrganized and possess a high level of administration ability to effectively manage paperworkStore and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present as and when requiredCoordinating with customers for pre and post-dispatch formalitiesFollow-up for payment as per agreed termsUtilize company resources to develop a filing system that keeps all active sales files available digitally and in hard copy form.The Sales coordinator must liaise between other departments and the client to provide the service most suitable to the clients need.To prepare correspondence, Necessary forms as well as prepare proposals or other letters as directedTo meet customers after the finalisation of order and discuss all terms & conditions in front of sales person so that no confusion will be there at the time of final payment collectionDevelops strong customer relationship through appropriate client communication and the use of Professional, Courteous and Ethical Interpersonal Interaction.Ability to do Multitask
