About the Opportunity:We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Maximo Technical Lead to spearhead implementation, support, and enhancement activities for high-performance enterprise environments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IBM Maximo (version 7.6 or higher), Java development, and Oracle DB, with proven experience leading technical teams and working with manufacturing clients.Responsibilities of the Candidate:1. Execute ITIL-compliant support and enhancement for a complex Maximo Application Suite.2. Provide hands-on support for critical issue resolution in collaboration with internal and third-party teams.3. Coordinate with technical teams for resolution and documentation of technical issues.4. Liaise with clients and other stakeholders for effective decision-making.5. Monitor SLAs/ KPIs and proactively address any service-related issues.6. Deliver timely updates and reports to clients and Management.Requirements- Must- Have Skills-1. Strong hands-on experience with IBM Maximo (version 7.6 or higher) in implementation, upgrade, and support, ideally in manufacturing environments.2.
