1.Supervise and monitor daily site construction 2.coordinate with contractors ,subcontractors and suppliers3. The role requires strong leadership, effective coordination between teams, and collaboration with key stakeholders to drive the businesss objectives, ensure smooth operations, and support regional strategies. The State Head Coordinator will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, as well as delivering a high standard of customer service.

Operation & execution of Government Projects SITC (Supply Installation Testing &Commissioning) Projects, Services (Completion of projects services, annual maintenance contracts,Manpower Supply etc) Focus on improvising the smooth functioning of current business. Candidates must handle a team of minimum 500 numbers (Senior Manager, Site Engineer,Technician etc) across the pain India having 12 to 15 locations. Minimum 12-15 days travelling. Ensure that all running projects are delivered on time, within budget & to the required qualitystandards. Inspire and motivate the team to achieve operational goals and drive business success.
