Create a comprehensive client-centered plan of care using standardized and non-standardizedevaluation methods Use evidence from research and relevant resources to make informed intervention decisions Work with clients 1:1 using client-centered, occupation-based treatment approaches thatmotivate and challenge the client to achieve established goals that support targeted outcomes Collects data on a regular basis and makes decisions based on empirical data.
