Roles and Responsibilities:1. Getting sales using various customer sales methods2. Advise clients on the insurance policies that best suit their needs3. Customize insurance programs to suit individual clients4. Deliver approved policies to new clients and explain benefits and risks of the policy5. Re-assess the policy needs of existing clients after life-changing events6. Issue quotes and maintain client records7. Keep abreast of industry and market trends and best practices8. Following up for logging and issuance of policies9. Co-ordinating with channel partners for any new product launch10. Coordinating with the channel partner once a month11. Negotiating payment and pricing12. Following up on business leads and referrals13. Meet personal and team sales targets14. Maintain and expand client database within your assigned portfolioDesired Candidate Profile:1. Minimum of 1-7 years of experience in insurance sales preferred2. Expert in handling objection3. Excellent selling skills4. Able to handhold and train new staff5. Punctual, reliable and must have strong communication skills6. Able to work in a team and produce quality output under tight deadlines7. Strong verbal and oral communication skills8. Attention to detail, prioritization skills, and time management9. Quick learner with a positive attitude10. Maintain a strong relationship with clients11. An empowered team member, a process-oriented thinkerEducational Background:Graduate/MBA from the relevant fieldAdditional Pointers:1.
