A dermatology hospital in Sithalapakkam is looking for a Female Staff Nurse with B.Sc. Nursing or DGNM qualification and a minimum of 1 year experience. The role involves assisting dermatologists in procedures, providing patient care, administering treatments, maintaining hygiene, and managing basic documentation. Experience in dermatology is an advantage. Good communication and patient handling skills are required. Salary based on experience.

Delivering quality nursing care with compassion, competence and critical thinking skills in ICU Demonstrating caring, comforting, qualities and communicates with an empathetical and individualistic approach. Performing triage, while considering both physical and psychosocial elements Performing first aid measures (cleaning and bandaging wounds, splints etc) by proper assessment. Manage basic life support needs and stabilizes patient until physician is available based on nursing standards and protocol. Assisting in life saving measures like intubation and advanced cardiac support. Work directly with physicians, assisting them during exams, diagnostic testing and treatments. Ensuring the provision of safe environment in both preventive and promotive aspects for all patients, relatives and significant others. Maintaining interdepartmental, inter-unit coordination and communication.

Patient Preparation:Explains the procedure to patients and addresses their concerns. Prepares patients for imaging procedures, ensuring they are comfortable and safe. May include explaining the process, obtaining informed consent, and preparing the patient's body for the scan. Contrast Material Administration:Administers contrast materials necessary for specific scans. Carefully monitors patients for adverse reactions during the procedures. Patient Monitoring:Monitors patients' vital signs and overall condition throughout the procedure. Ensures patient safety and comfort during scans. Communicates any concerns or changes in the patient's condition to the radiologists or other healthcare professionals. Collaboration:Works closely with radiologists, technologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure smooth and safe procedures. May assist with other tasks as needed, such as cleaning equipment or preparing the scan room.
