To provide comprehensive care to assigned patients. Assessing patients condition, planning and implementing patient care plans. To take the nursing history, summarize data, and state nursing diagnoses/ patient care needs. To observe and record signs, symptoms, and behaviors, including the physiological status of patients; report assessment changes, to the concerned authority. To follow policy and delivers designated nursing interventions to assigned patients that are consistent with the stated medical plan of care. To perform admission, discharge and transfer procedures, and assist others with patient's activities and care. To execute physician's/Consultants orders for all assigned patients; safely and properly administer medications and treatments. Collection of specimens when ordered, ensuring correct labeling. Preparing assigned patients for programmed medical procedures. To participate in specialists rounds and assist by giving relevant information as regards to nursing observations made on the residents. To maintain patients safety by taking preventive measures.
