Assessment & Planning: Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals. Multispecialty Expertise: Deliver patient care across various specialties, adapting to the unique requirements of each department (e.g., critical care, emergency, surgery, maternity, etc.). Coordination: Work closely with doctors, specialists, and allied healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and continuous patient care. Patient Education: Educate patients and their families on managing illness or injuries, treatment options, post-operative care, and medication. Documentation: Accurately document patient care, progress, and treatment plans in compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards. Safety & Compliance: Adhere to infection control, safety protocols, and ethical standards to ensure a safe and professional healthcare environment. Emergency Response: Assist in emergencies, such as code blue situations, and provide immediate care under the supervision of senior staff. Equipment Handling: Operate and monitor medical equipment like ventilators, ECG machines, and infusion pumps as required. Continual Learning: Participate in professional development, training sessions, and in-service education to stay updated on the latest medical and nursing practices.
