Job Description Staff Nurse / Occupational Health NurseLocation: OGS Sites (Onsite)Job Summary:The staff nurse will be responsible for managing and operating the onsite medical room at OGS locations, providing primary healthcare services to employees, maintaining medical records, supporting occupational health initiatives, and ensuring compliance with medical, safety, and statutory requirements.Educational Qualification & Experience:- Mandatory: G.N.M. (General Nursing and Midwifery)- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience post G.N.M.- Valid nursing registration as per statutory normsKey Responsibilities:Medical & Clinical Care:- In-charge of the onsite medical room- Provide first aid and medical care to employees- Counsel employees on health-related issues- Follow infection control and germ prevention protocols- Attend medical emergencies and follow-up casesMedical Room Management:- Maintain cleanliness, beds, linen, and equipment- Ensure annual calibration of medical equipment- Display approved medicine lists and medical policies- Ensure staff wear assigned uniformsRecords, Reporting & Documentation:- Maintain patient registers, attendance, duty rosters, emergency logs- Submit monthly morbidity reports to the Management- Maintain records as per client policiesInventory & Procurement:- Raise medical indents with approvals- Maintain inventory of medicines and suppliesBio-Medical Waste Management & Compliance:- Ensure compliance with biomedical waste rules- Maintain waste disposal records for five years- Ensure immunization, PPE usage, and staff training- Safe disposal of soiled linen and medical wasteKey Skills & Competencies:- Clinical and first-aid expertise- Occupational health knowledge- Documentation and audit skills- Communication and counseling abilities- High hygiene and professional standards

Old age patient care attendant female and male.. feeding diaper care wheelchair assistance bathing etc.food and accommodation on shared basis in campus given by us.Two shifts .day shift and night duty on rotation.

Coordination with Doctors & patients. ..Females- ANM / GNM / B.Sc- Nursing candidates can apply.
