Toddler/Nursery Teacher Job Description We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Toddler/Nursery Teacher to join our early childhood education team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment that supports the physical, emotional, social, and cognitive development of children aged 1 to 3 years.Key responsibilities include planning and implementing age-appropriate activities, routines, and learning experiences that encourage curiosity and promote development. The teacher will maintain a structured yet flexible schedule, incorporating play-based learning, music, storytelling, and sensory exploration. Monitoring each childs development and maintaining clear communication with parents through daily reports and regular meetings is essential.The teacher must ensure a clean and safe classroom, adhering to health and safety standards. Patience, creativity, and strong communication skills are vital, as is the ability to work effectively as part of a team. Candidates should be warm, caring, and enthusiastic about early childhood education.A certificate or diploma in Early Childhood Education or a related field, along with prior experience in a nursery or childcare setting, is preferred.
