- Conduct initial patient assessments and record medical histories.- Monitor vital signs and administer medications as prescribed.- Assist in diagnostic tests and interpret basic results.- Provide wound care, IV therapy, and other nursing procedures.- Prepare patients for examinations, surgeries, or procedures.- Assist doctors during medical interventions.- Ensure accurate documentation of treatments and progress.- Maintain patient records and update charts regularly.- Coordinate with other healthcare staff for seamless care.- Educate patients and families about treatment plans, recovery, and preventive care.- Emergency Response- Handle urgent medical situations with quick decision-making.- Provide first aid and stabilize patients until further treatment.
