Design, Development, Qualification and deployment, maintenance of LabVIEW / Test Stand based automated Test Equipment's as per product requirement which includes Analog, digital & mixed circuits Test software development as per the requirements (LabVIEW/ Test Stand) Interface with customers to understand user requirements and Generate test specifications, Responsible to release controlled documents Creation of Test System Bill Of Material Analysing and validating material/component /parts selection w.r.t tolerances, performance, and manufacturability. Electrical/ Electronic Schematics preparation using AUTOCAD/ORCAD etc. Interface with production engineering / customer for successful design, development, deployment and maintenance of automated test equipments schematics and test management. Responsible to Maintain & update the project files Responsible to improve 5S & Kaizen initiatives Travel to client place for installation and support Shall handle customers You will be responsible for the delivery of the items assigned to you with quality and should interact with cross functional team and resolve the problem.

Application Engineer is responsible for providing software for standardinstruments and making software CDs and manuals for each project. Prepare a channel list for the project,and input all sensor values into the software. Is also responsible for the interface and verification ofthe software on the project. Troubleshoot any corrections or improvements required.1. Select suitable software for the project, correct and edit according to the technicalspecifications.2. Verify the software on the instrument, and change the sensor parameters according to thetechnical specification sheet.3. Input the calibrated gains of individual sensors4. Modify software according to channel list for sensor output5. Test run the instrument using software6. Verify all parameter values and least count are according to the technical specificationssheet.7. Prepare .exe of software and transfer it to CD8. Prepare software manual9. Store the software manual in the allotted server.10. Any other responsibility assigned from time to time.

Non-Conformance Correction; Collaborate in correcting instrument issues based on non-conformance records to meet quality standards.10.
