Job Description Actively involved in research & development of new product to expand product portfolio. Approving & matching shades for products (Nail Polish, Lipstick, Lip-gloss, Eye Liner, Kajal Compact, foundation, Hair Colour, Shampoo, Cream Lotion etc.) for production batches, R&D purposes. Developing new products in colour cosmetics products. Conducting and managing product trials of new Raw Materials. Posting development of products, developing formulation sheets, procedures, specifications, and maintaining Master control samples for record & researching purposes. Conducting quality checks on Raw material under development. Analysing new supplier better raw material and cost cutting measure on mgmt. suggestion. launches matching and analysing new shades of Hair colour, Lipstick, Lip -gloss, Nail Polish Must be well versed with computers and communication skills. Research and Development of cosmetic products, which includes literature survey, development international requirements, safety of raw materials and products stability study, Q. C and documentation. Also evaluate performance characteristics of products & taking corrective action for enhancement of performance scientific validation test results. as per the required Involve trouble shooting, bottle necking and solving process problems. Development of various types of cosmetics, personal care products as per requirement of the company

Implementing why-why analysis for monitoring of CTQs in Manufacturing processes to ensure products reliability.
