1. Greet and assist customers who enter the showroom or contact the dealership.2. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable vehicles.3. Explain vehicle features, specifications, and benefits to customers.4. Conduct test drives and follow up with prospective clients.5. Prepare and present accurate cost estimations, finance options, and payment plans.6. Achieve monthly sales targets for new and/or pre-owned vehicles.7. Maintain a database of existing and potential customers using CRM tools.8. Coordinate with the documentation and delivery team for smooth transaction and delivery.9. Stay updated on product knowledge, pricing, promotions, and competitor offerings.10. Participate in marketing campaigns, roadshows, and other promotional activities.
