Position Multi Technician (Maintenance) Experience Min 3-4 years of relevant experience into AC, Refrigeration & Electrical work. Qualification ITI /Diploma in electrical engineeringLocation BangaloreCandidate should be from F&B industry background.Job Responsibilities:Equipment Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections, maintenance, and repairs on a variety of equipment, including but not limited to HVAC systems, electrical systems, plumbing systems, and machinery. Troubleshoot and diagnose issues and perform necessary repairs or replacements to ensure optimal functionality.Preventive Maintenance: Develop and implement a comprehensive preventive maintenance program for all equipment and systems. Schedule and perform routine inspections, lubrications, adjustments, and cleaning to prevent breakdowns, extend equipment life, and minimize downtime.Emergency Repairs: Respond promptly to emergency repair requests and resolve urgent maintenance issues to minimize disruptions to operations. Act quickly and efficiently to identify the problem, assess the situation, and implement effective solutions to restore functionality and safety.Work Order Management: Receive, prioritize, and complete work orders in a timely manner. Coordinate with other team members, supervisors, or external contractors to ensure efficient execution of maintenance tasks. Document completed work and maintained accurate records of repairs, replacements, and maintenance activities.Equipment Upgrades and Installations: Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of equipment upgrades or installations. Collaborate with engineering or technical teams to ensure proper installation, calibration, and testing of new equipment or systems. Provide input on equipment selection and procurement based on maintenance requirements and reliability considerations.Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations

Routinely inspecting electrical systems such as wiring, fixtures, and appliances.Identifying faults or hazards.Troubleshooting system failures.Reviewing blueprints to understand wiring placement.Testing of electrical systems with oscilloscopes, voltmeters, and ohmmeters.Conducting maintenance repairs on old or faulty fixtures.Responding to fault requests.Providing suggestions for equipment replacement.Installing new electrical appliances in the building.Adhering to safety and performance standards.
