You will coordinate various tasks on-site and ensure that projects run smoothly.Key Responsibilities:1. Project Coordination: Work with the project manager and various teams to ensure that the interior design projects are executed as planned, within deadlines, and meet quality standards.2. Site Monitoring: Regularly visit the project site to supervise ongoing work, ensuring that everything is progressing according to the design specifications and project schedule.3. Team Management: Lead and direct the work of contractors and subcontractors on-site, ensuring everyone understands their tasks and responsibilities.4. Quality Control: Check the quality of work being done to ensure that it meets the required standards. Address any issues that may arise promptly.5. Reporting: Keep detailed records of the work progress, including daily reports, which should be shared with management for effective communication.Required Skills and Expectations:The ideal candidate should have a diploma in interior design or a related field. No prior experience is necessary, but a passion for interior design and strong organizational skills are essential.
