Key Responsible Areas- KRA (Job Description)Designation: Field coordinator Mobilization- MSWSResponsible for mobilizing deserving unemployed youth for the Youth skill Programs jointly with the remaining Project Staff.Maintenance and monitoring of all records related to mobilization for center and at organization level (in coordination with center manager).Reports to the Centre manager.Create and implement mobilization plans of center and at organizational level (in coordination with center manager) Provide innovative ideas and methodologies for successful execution of mobilizationUpdate the MIS data related to Mobilization at organizational level and Update SMART MIS when required.Calling of potential beneficiaries from collected mobilization data at centre and ensuring the same at organizational level.Counselling of beneficiaries coming for admission and enquiry at the centre and ensuring the same at organizational level.Verification of authenticity of collected mobilization data (whether the data collected is fake or relevant)Ensuring at least 1 successful home visits before declaring a candidate as Drop Out along with other Project Staff, as suggested by the Centre Manager and for those potential beneficiaries who attended demo classes if required.Attend capacity building programs organized for the Project Staff.Attend review meetings for mobilizations related matter at organizational level.Assist Centre Manager in various tasks entrusted. Perform any other tasks provided by MSWS management.

Maintain and monitor all records related to mobilization at the center and organizational levels in collaboration with the Centre Manager.3. Report to the Centre Manager regularly on mobilization activities and outcomes.4. Create and implement mobilization plans for the center and organization, ensuring alignment with project goals.5. Provide innovative ideas and methodologies to enhance the success of mobilization efforts.6. Update the MIS data related to mobilization at both the center and organizational levels, including SMART MIS when required.7. Call potential beneficiaries from the collected mobilization data and ensure follow-ups at the organizational level.8. Counsel beneficiaries during admissions and inquiries at the center and ensure similar standards across the organization.9. Verify the authenticity of collected mobilization data to ensure its relevance and accuracy.10. Conduct at least one successful home visit before confirming a candidate as a dropout, along with other Project Staff, as per the Centre Manager's guidance.11. Ensure home visits for potential beneficiaries who attended demo classes if needed.12. Attend capacity-building programs designed for Project Staff to enhance skills and knowledge.13.
