A 12th-grade education is required. Familiarity with various mobile brands and models is essential. You should be detail-oriented and possess strong problem-solving skills to diagnose issues effectively. Good communication skills are important for explaining repairs to customers clearly. Your ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality in repairs will be key to success in this role.
