Job descriptionRoles and ResponsibilitiesProvide data analytics support to HR Shared Services team by analyzing workforce data using tools like Power BI, Workday, and Advanced Excel.Develop and maintain dashboards for HR reporting, including report generation, visualization, and distribution.Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs.Participate in process improvements initiatives to enhance the efficiency of HR operations.Ensure timely delivery of high-quality reports and insights to senior management.Desired Candidate Profile2-5 years of experience in HR Analytics or related field (Data Analysis/Data Analytics).Bachelor's degree in Any Specialization (B.Tech/B.E.).Proficiency in Advanced Excel, Power BI, Dashboard development, Report Generation & Distribution.

3+ experience in Power BI, Power BI Integration, SQL Server, VBA, Advance Excel, MS-Suite. Developing visual reports, dashboards and KPI scorecards using Power BI desktop. Have handled large scale data driven projects. Good knowledge of Management reports, finance & CRM and building Analysis Services reporting models. Connecting to data sources, importing data and transforming data for Business Intelligence. Excellent in analytical thinking for translating data into informative visuals and reports. Able to implement RLS (Row Level Security) on data and have an understanding of application security layer models in Power BI. Proficient in making DAX queries in Power BI desktop. Expertise in using advance level calculations on the data set. Responsible for design methodology and project documentation. Able to develop tabular and multidimensional models that are compatible with warehouse standards. Adept in developing, publishing and scheduling Power BI reports as per the business requirements. Able to properly understand the business requirements and develop data models accordingly by taking care of the resources. Should have knowledge and experience in prototyping, designing, and requirement analysis. Should have knowledge and skills for secondary tools such as Microsoft Azure, SQL data warehouse, PolyBase, Visual Studio, etc.

This position is for a role of an Automation and Digitization expert within Procurement department to create and maintain automated solutions leveraging Advanced excel, Macros, VBA, SharePoint and other BI tools.
